Staying hydrated is a lot harder than many people think. With it feeling like there aren’t enough hours in the day to do all the things that we need to do, drinking water may be one of the last things on our list.   4. Set up daily goals:  By setting up daily goals can help with increasing your water intake without overwhelming you. An example of this is drinking 12 oz on day one and increasing by 4 oz each day after.
  5. Infuse Your Water: Adding natural flavors to your water by infusing it with fruits, herbs, or vegetables. This can make water more interesting and appealing.
